I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love this insanely bright, almost neon, vintage orange coat that Kate Foley, buyer for Opening Ceremony wore during NYFW 2012. It is the perfect contrast to the stark white and black of her outfit. This photo really captures the essence of what is an amazing styling tip - by adding a major statement coat to an outfit of great separates you get an instant pop of chic!
Personally I think Kate should perhaps add a rack or two of carefully edited vintage to the Opening Ceremony shop floor since she is obviously a Fabulous Girl who knows that having and wearing amazing vintage is an essential part of any girl's wardrobe. Just call me Kate, just call.
